We Want Your Comments!

Really, we do. Even the ones where you disagree with our takes or comment on our “poor writing skills.” Yeah, we see you, Fireflygirl77. So we thought it would be a good idea to put out a quick how-to on how to leave a comment on The Clock Out!

1.) At the bottom of any column, where you can leave a comment, click on the “W” next to “Please log in using one of these methods to post your comment” (you can also simply log in with Twitter or Facebook if you want by clicking on those icons).

2.) A popup window will open to either log into your existing account or create a new account (or log in with Google if you wish).

3.) If you click on “Create New Account,” you enter your email, username, and password to sign up.

4.) Check your email to activate your account and you are good to go!

Once you have an account, you can click on that same W to log in and leave a comment whenever you want. But be nice. Our egos are fragile.

We need more witty comments posted. I need something to steal and use as my own in a few months…

Do y’all have an option to submit content? I’m looking for a venue to post some seafood reviews

This is a new low in your collective efforts to garner external validation. It’s a lot easier to just have random sex with strangers.

[…] Submit your written piece in a Word document with email to theclockoutwebsite@gmail.com and include your commenter user name in the email. Submissions that do not have a commenter user name in the email will not be considered – seriously. Haven’t made one yet? Here’s how. […]

Trying to figure out how to change the display name took me longer than it should.
