The Clock Out Pet of the Week: Archie

Greetings and salutations, friends. Let’s cut to the chase and talk about why you’re all here. Up today, we have a submission from the Tar Heel State, a good boy by the name of Archie. A special thanks to Josh Poznanski for sharing his friend with us.

Archie will turn four this summer. He’s always up for whatever and is a known cool ass dude. No party is too big or too small for him. And he is a big guy. He wasn’t always this big. Don’t believe me?

Look at them ears

When he’s not bogarting the couch or sleeping, he’s known to be hiking or doing a strenuous 5 mile daily walk. I’m happy to get one or two of those in a week. Archie has energy for days as his owner Josh will often bike and run together.

Beach life

The big guy also has quite a mischievous streak. Anyone that’s lived with a German Shepherd can attest they are known to get into things and have a few mishaps. Archie has been attacked by another dog and chased a horseback cop at the beach on Memorial Day weekend. The poor guy got his paw stuck in the fence at the dog park but he healed up alright and was back at it in no time.

Overall, Archie is a good dude. Whether he’s straight chillin’, taking road trips or enjoying life, Archie has enriched Josh’s life. He’s a handsome good boy and I would definitely not hesitate to walk up and give him a head scratch.

If you have a pet you’d like to highlight, whether it’s a dog, cat, bird, lizard, snake or what have you, please send me an email at madoffinvestment@gmail.com titled, “Pet of the Week” along with some information about your pet, Twitter handle, a few pictures for the article and Twitter. I cannot promise when it will be published, but I will do my very best to bring a new face and story every Friday at noon for your viewing pleasure.
